Filo is a culinary haven rooted in intention — a culinary escape where food, wine, and connection come together in a thoughtfully curated setting.
Carina is the heart behind FILO. A graduate of the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, she earned her Master’s in Italian Regional Cuisine before returning home to Toronto, where she honed her craft in some of the city’s most esteemed kitchens. With a deep love for cooking — and an even deeper love for hosting — she created FILO as a space to slow down, gather meaningfully, and celebrate food in its purest form.
Each experience is designed with care: multiple course tasting menus, sommelier-led wine pairings, and intimate moments that feel both elevated and deeply personal.
